"THE WILL AND THE SKILL TO AVOID THE KILL"
The ENFORCER-TECH PROGRAM is designed to empower law enforcement professionals with individual skill set. The objective of this system is to decrease the opportunity for violence. The N.I.C.E. Program (non-injury compliance and extractions) emphasizes tactical psychology to read body language and prject body language. The tactics and strategies taught in this program result in reduction of injury and death of both citizens and law enforcement personnel. Officers will be able to release the holds of aggressors, control combatants and immobilize perpetrators within three movements of the officer's body.
The ENFORCER-TECH SYSTEM is designed for rapid assimilation and ease of retention under real world stress and duress. This system combines and incorporates tactical psychology, tactical law, and tactical skill. It unifies the methods of multiple martial arts systems.
The ENFORCER-TECH PROGRAM has been tested and proven effective, in Detroit, Michigan. The inner-city and areas experiencing a high rate of serious gang activity are some in which we have proven the effectiveness of our training. Civilians and law enforcement personnel have both succeeded as battle ready individuals.
ENFORCER-TECH PROGRAM tactics were tested and modified by professional analysis. This analysis was based upon the results of techniques used in real world, combative situations. Close quarters hand-to-hand, hand-to-weapon, baton, knife and firearm situations. The most important benefit of this program is that it utilizes almost no strikes. As a result, officers will reduce damage to their hands and most importantly the perpetrator will have no visible injuries. With no striking techniques the blood loss and bone damage will be reduced by 90 percent. Subsequently, lawsuits will be reduced significantly for the officers and law enforcement departments.
This program is one quarter of the ENFORCER-TECH PROGRAM. It is offered to all sworn law enforcement officers free of charge. This full tactical program includes a manual and certificate upon completion and costs $250.00 per officer (or $25.00 per class per department $500.00 per officer.)
