Victory Program
THREAT MANAGEMENT CENTER
This program started in 1995 and has currently to date protected over a thousand domestic violence victims, stalking and crime witnesses free of charge. This program is sponsored internally by The Threat Management Centers/Anti-Terrorism Bodyguard Academy/V.I.P.E.R.S Program (Violence Intervention Protective Emergency Response System). V.I.P.E.R.S. are contacted by domestic violence shelters, prosecutors' offices and by the general public who view our weekly T.V. show. V.I.P.E.R.S. services are only used when it is deemed that a victim's life is in serious danger. In these potentially fatal cases V.I.P.E.R.S. will escort victims to and from courts, supervised parenting exchanges and visits with known violent parents under court supervision.
Transferring high risk threatened individuals and families from one shelter to another covert shelter when aggressors become aware of their current shelter locations. Surving high risk PPO's to volatile aggressive recipients. In cases where the family or individual is in prolonged mortal danger V.I.P.E.R.S. wo;; stay om the hp,e pf the omtemded victim and escort children to court as requred to prevent their abduction. In addtion, the victory program offers free Threat Management preservation training for the family to increase their self-reliance to teach them to become their own bodyguards, enhance their self-esteem and their sense of well-being by teaching tactical psychology, tactical law and tactical skills. No individual or family has ever been injured, killed or failed to make a court date to prosecute their assailants.
There are three phases to our victim threat management system:

Phase One:
Rapid Victim Stabilization and Victim Verification.

Phase Two:
Legal Guidance, Law Enforcement Coordination and Threat Management Escort Services.

Phase Three:
Urban Survival Tactics Training for victims and their families to empower them with the skills to deter, detect and defend themselves from violence and to elevate their sense of safety and their feeling of well being.

Not only does the Victory Program allocate a sense of comfort to the once victimized, but it in turn gives them a sense of trust not only in others, but in themselves. The Victories develop not only a sense of internal confidence, but external as well as they project their new found emotional, verbal, and mental strength.  By enabling the once victims of abuse with this confidence, not only do others notice a positive transformation, but the Victories themselves notice their elevated sense of self-esteem, as they overcome their past victimization through nonviolent, positive outcomes coupled with a strong support system.
