The Threat Management Center's V.I.P.E.R.S. ACADEMY is an educational resource for individuals, communities and corporations and we certify students in our tactical training programs. We specialize in creating nonviolent outcomes through our unique threat management strategies, tactics and logistics. We are a C.E.R.T. (Community Emergency Response Team) organization and we are dedicated to community service. All participants must agree to help the general public for free in exchange for training in the V.I.P.E.R.S. ACADEMY BODYGUARD PROGRAM. Individuals, communities and corporations can apply for membership referral status and we will, upon integrity verification, refer capable, highly skilled facilitators from the Academy for employment by that organization.

We are not an employment based organization, we train our students with proper skill sets to become self-defense instructors, community safety organizers, and non-violent strategic tactical threat management specialists.
